Welcome! My name is Diane Hoekstra and I am a seasoned clinical psychologist and therapist. AND NOW I invite clients to explore their own Spirituality (if they are curious). I believe Spiritual Connection is CENTRAL to healing and transformation! After many years as a talk therapist and Somatic therapist, I now want to bring spirituality into the conversation and into the healing.
- Engaging with Spirituality and Spiritual Practices exponentially deepens and speeds up the physical, emotional and psychological healing process. I hope to share what I have learned and to accompany women as they search for their heart's desire 💖 and True Self.
- I want women to know that there is ✨loving assistance ✨ and intimate ✨personal guidance✨ available to each of us in each moment, if we only tune in and ask. I offer small experiential groups as a safe space for spiritual exploration.
- Each week, I will offer wisdom and practical steps for engaging with this realm of outpouring Love and Compassion. Hold on for the Ride, as we engage with Spirit and feel the healing of old wounds and focus on the many possibilities open to us. WHAT DO YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO LOOK LIKE?

I offer Monthly TRUE NORTH Groups where you can feel the support of fellow travelers! I also offer the True North Program, a 6-session course which guides you through the process of finding your Heart's Desire 💖.
